  • While at Discover The Palm Beaches as Integrated Marketing Director, I led all integrated brand marketing initiatives, including campaign development, brand partnerships, cross-agency initiatives, brand activations and co-op.

    I helped organize key collaboration meetings with all internal departments to ensure cross-functional brand consistency.

    The position also managed 4 key roles within the marketing team, including media planning and media strategy, B2C brand activation and event underwriting, creative production and design, and B2B sales efforts for Groups & Meetings, Events & Travel Trade.

    I supported the VP of Marketing in the overall development of the annual marketing plan and integrated marketing strategy.


    Daily responsibilities included strategic brand leadership while overseeing tactical execution of all cross-channel branded initiatives as well as ensuring the organization is effectively living the brand positioning strategy across all channels and in all external-facing communications.

  • I led the overall management of multiple accounts at TEAM Enterprises, including sports sponsorship marketing and B2C digital programs, while streamlining communication across key stakeholders between agency and client.

    My clients ranged from CPG, Retail, Automotive, Banking & more. I propose and help define the brand approach, strategy, idea generation, organizational buy-in, and final concepts for all new and evolving marketing campaigns and programs.

    I built scopes of work and develop program budgets, ensuring that all deliverables are brought to life and in line with client goals and KPIs.

  • Marketing Director 2018-2021

    I led the marketing strategy for the Florida Panthers Hockey Club including social media, website, app, email, and brand positioning through media planning on TV, OTT, OOH, digital, print and radio.

    Through various marketing channels, I provided strategic lead generation recommendations for the sales & sponsorship team, generating over $1,250,000 in revenue and new category opportunity.

    I built integrated marketing plans and optimized with audience segmentation utilizing first party data sources.

    I oversaw all media partner and agency relationships, including contract negotiation and execution of assets.

    Marketing Manager 2014-2018

    As a marketing manager, one of my key roles was collaborating with the creative AOR and all internal departments, filtered all requests, gave creative direction based on leadership priorities. Creative filtered into various channels including email marketing, digital marketing, media planning and buying, sales promotions, creative and brand strategy, etc. I had to balance a lot of priorities and learned time management and prioritize projects/communicate with team.

    I created the media advertisement annual plan & oversaw the execution of sales & sponsor promotions to align with business goals.

    This position also required project management of all creative tasks and handling of brand asset distribution.

    Digital Media Coordinator 2013-2014

    As a digital media coordinator, I helped execute the social media strategy and content creation for @FlaPanthers on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook as well as the @TheBBTCenter social sales efforts.

    Additional responsibilities included:

    Consolidate old accounts and create new accounts to grow the brand, such as @FlaPanthersCARE, an account focused on all community and recreational needs of the Florida Panthers

    Assist and cover daily Public Relations tasks for the hockey club such as press conferences, press releases, and media relations

    Work with Corporate Sponsorships and Brand Activation to create online content that is cohesive with the Florida Panthers brand

    Prepare proposals for presence on new digital media platforms

  • Marketing Director 2018-2021

    Responsible for maintaining promoter relationships and integrating the venue strategy and its objectives into daily operations for the hockey team. Managed a team of an event marketing manager and marketing coordinator, with oversight on all promotions and constant communication to leadership.

    Marketing Manager 2014-2018

    I was the main liaison between the promoter (LiveNation, AEG, and others) and BB&T Center arena. Working alongside the promoter, I’d help create & execute a media advertisement plan to align with various tours’ KPI’s and local media planning.

    In this position, I developed a promotional strategy and aligned with all media partners and third party vendors. I project managed all tasks for various shows; responsible for assigning deadlines, proofing, writing copy and trafficking out all promotional and creative assets to the marketing mix.

    I was also responsible for content creation & posting on @thebbtcenter social channels and website. I worked with Business Intelligence on data visualization and provided post analysis reports to promoter. Lastly, I collaborated frequently with the creative team on artist gifts and unique branded signage opportunities.

    Digital Media Coordinator 2013 -2014

    As a coordinator, I was involved in the daily social media management of the venue accounts as well as asset management for the website. I would promote and live tweet upcoming concerts and events for the BB&T Center, and would handle media requests for the shows.

  • In collaboration with Greater Fort Lauderdale and Broward County, I was asked to sit on the Marketing Advisory Board in 2021. During my time on the board, I reviewed and gave feedback for the Destination Marketing Plan for Broward County and also provided marketing insights to grow our economy.
